Przekaż informację zwrotnąLet's start with the negative experience. The girl on the speaker was rude. We waited for our order, and I got a number 1 with curly fries and a French dip with curly fries. Unfortunately, everything was cold when it arrived. My mom's French dip barely had any meat in it. I was really disappointed, especially considering the prices and the quality of the service and food. I used to work in fast food, so I'm usually quite patient, but this was just unacceptable. We were there at 8:30 PM, and they weren't busy at all.
I really enjoy the Reuben here, but I recently paid extra for the double beef and received the same amount as the regular sandwich. The service was slow, even though I was the only one in the dining room. The dining area was quite dirty, and customers had to clean their own tables, booths, chairs, and seats. On the plus side, it's in a great location and has a beautiful dining room.
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes without moving at all, so I decided to pull out and park to go inside. When I entered, there was no one taking orders at the front. After at least 10 minutes, I asked one of the employees when someone would start taking orders, but the girl who was bagging orders simply said, "I don’t know," and asked another coworker. I mentioned that the drive-thru line hadn’t moved in a while, and the coworker dismissed my concerns, saying, "Don’t worry about them, just focus on the orders," while pointing to the line of people waiting inside. The girl continued to work on Grubhub orders instead. I eventually left, and a few other customers followed me out. I understand that lines can be long and staffing might be an issue, especially since there were plenty of workers in the kitchen, but the level of customer service here could definitely be improved.
Went to try the new burger. Wall photo showed this very thick burger done med. Mine was half that thick and well done. It was good just not the wow factor as advertised. I much prefer their roast beef.
Unbelievably rude manager in an untenable situation with a very long line. I don't usaully go to arbys for food so i decided to ask someone for help, i should not have done that. every question i asked was met with a snarky remark and it really made me not want to stay there. the person who i asked was Ricky and it just proves how he clearly should not be working in any customer service job. it seemed as if he did not want to be there or help anyone! as i was waiting for my food after his horrible service he just stood there doing nothing whilst everyone else scrambled to get everything done! i am appalled at the service i received and I won?t ever go back to that store.
