Went for lunch today. Their credit card machine was so slow and timed out couple of times before it went through. Turns out they charged twice. When I called them back manager lady was so rude she cut the phone. I called back and the explanation was she can’t do any refunds until following Monday etc. and I have to bring receipt to prove. she basically tried to talk me out of it. Food quantity is so bad as well. Basically they count the shrimp and make u feel like u r there for free food. There’s no consistency. Stay away from this place. Check you receipts. I don’t know how they survive with zero customer service and quality of the food so bad going by rest of the reviewers.
The 3rd most terrible experience. I went to get some lunch and I ordered three plates. All of the plates had Chow Mein. I open my plates and see barely enough pasta and so much vegetables. The man who served me put more Chicken Teriyaki and the lady supervisor told him to put less in another one. The taste of the broccoli beef tasted as if it were spoiled broccoli. Looks like they want to make economy on the clients. Basically my problem here is the food.
Steak and chicken isn’t cooked properly. the whole meal in general was like chewing gum over and over. ??
Used to come here a lot when I wanted a healthy source of protein for bulk season. Last few times I visited I barely received any meat, maybe two pieces and the rest is broccoli. It's very sad.Today I decided I wouldn't argue after a long day at the hospital. I politely asked for some more and she firmly said she couldn't do it. Fine. I'll pay for an extra entrée and Tanja couldn't even tell me how much it costs. She works like she has a chip in her shoulder.
