Costco Wholesale - Lake Zurich

This review is for the tire center. They seem to do everything they can to avoid installing your tires. The customer service is rude. I do not recommend this place.

I really enjoy shopping at Costco. From their affordable gas prices to the large TV screens, there's always something new to discover. A lot of my clothing items come from Costco as well. It's a fantastic place to shop!

Dear community members, I want to bring attention to a concerning stance taken by this branch regarding the war in Ukraine. According to the manager, Jeremy C., they claimed neutrality in this conflict. I urge you to consider boycotting this location in solidarity with the Ukrainian nation and the civilized world. While the actions of individual team members may not reflect the management's stance, we can still express our disapproval. Let’s show our position by choosing not to support them!

Really really really big store ? I only went to take one of my son 's to shop there bc he has a big family. This store is not for me bc I don 't need food 's in such big bulk and also there 's no fresh bakery shop and no fresh seafoods, or deli ? they actually do have bakery, seafood and deli- like food 's IF you want to buy already packed, frozen in BULK etc etc.. Otherwise it 's a very nice place to shop ?

Stopped at Costco Lake Zurich today. I got Costco Gas then stopped at the Costco tire center to have my nitrogen levels checked on my Costco purchased tires. My Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light was on. While waiting I removed all the green tire nozzle caps in anticipation of helping the tire mechanic out in the tire check process. After a couple of minutes a tire person came out and advised that they had been told not to do air checks today due to the low temperature. When I asked when i should come back he suggested I go to a gas station to get air put in the tires. I can understand not checking because of the cold temp that day. I remarked it would be nice if a sign was posted saying no air checks today due to low temperatures. I said this as a concerned Costco member so another Costco member does not go through the process of removing the tire nozzle caps like I did. I was also somewhat astonished that it was suggested i have air mixed with my nitrogen filled tires. I had been told by Costco not to do that when I got my new tires at Costco.
