The customer service at this restaurant was awful! I arrived at the drive-thru speaker at 6:57pm and sat there with two cars in front of me. None of the employees acknowledged my presence until 7:01pm when they informed me that they were closed.
I placed an order for curbside pickup and waited for 10 minutes for my food. I called to check if it was ready and was told it was, but there was no one in the curbside parking area, even though I had been waiting there for 10 minutes. When my order was finally brought out to my car, one of the boxes almost fell out. The staff member who brought it to me was rude and did not greet me or ask how I was doing. While I was waiting, two people looked at me sitting in the parking lot.
My friend and I went to have lunch and the lady at the window was very rude! She asked us for our order and talked down to us, despite us being polite. We had to repeat our drink order twice before she reluctantly took it. When we asked for extra honey sauce, she rolled her eyes as if to cheat us. Overall, terrible customer service and not a place I would want to return to!
I wish I could give this situation more stars. Unfortunately I can't, because I came home today with a meal, the hunch I ordered and a missing keks. Maybe an additional lead is in the difference between legs, legs and breasts in order. Perhaps quality control is a necessary priority which should not be disregarded. Maybe there's only one lack of care. whatever is the case, the unconsistencies in this place have taken advantage of me until then that I can no longer expect a good experience.
