Starbucks - Lake Worth

If you visit in the morning, the staff is excellent and offers friendly, quick service. However, if you go at any time after the morning rush, it can feel like you're in slow motion, and you should expect to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-thru.

We visited Starbucks on a Saturday, and it was a fantastic experience! Normally, the service can feel a bit impersonal, but this time was different. I ordered a venti iced white mocha, and the store manager, Marcus, took the time to explain the entire process. He was exceptional! He made our drinks exactly how we wanted them, and there was no wait at all. All the food came out warm and fresh. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, thanks to Marcus. I highly recommend visiting on Saturdays—it was an amazing experience. I’d rate it a 12/10!

If any place could use a dose of Adderall for its employees, it's this one. The drive-thru is incredibly slow. I received the wrong order twice, along with the wrong size drink and subpar food. It would have been a totally negative experience if not for one employee who was doing his best to resolve the chaos. If only the rest of the team had matched his effort.

Have been here multiple times before with no issues. Today we went through the drive through and the service was beyond slow. Once we got our drinks they all were terrible. Two of our refreshers tasted like straight water. We asked to have one drink remade. We received an eye roll and rude attitude from two employees. Word of advice: employees should be retrained.

Didn?t have change for $100 bill. willing to lose a customer and let a customer go without coffee because they wouldn?t change $100 bill very disappointed. The guy upfront was like we may not have change we cannot except that, and they can you at least ask or see if there?s any change Before you say that. Rubbish service in my opinion won?t be going to that location again.
