I was looking online for some Haitian and Caribbean food and decided to check out a local restaurant to see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find much information online. I ended up ordering the roasted Griot and roasted chicken, along with extra rice and plantains. Both the roasted pork and chicken were tender and very well-seasoned. At $30 for two meals, I thought it was a great deal. The flavors were delicious! I definitely plan to return and try the fried goat next time. I also hope to sample their dessert, which wasn’t available today.
