We had to wait about 20 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 ice cream. The team members looked unhappy and mad at the same time. I don't blame them. But it is sad to go buy coffee and get all that negativity bad customer service. To the ownwer: a good business means investing in your crew. The food was good the service was poor.
I am disappointed at the service we received. I do understand 11 o'clock at night is kinda late. But I would enjoy polite service. The person who took our order was impatient and inconsiderate. We asked questions and she didn't seem to understand us and care. As well the menu needs a refresh as much we wanted to order was not available at this location.
They didn?t let me use my T-Mobile Tuesday $3 gift card. They also don?t have any sign up saying this so I feel like they wasted my time and my order since I only went here to use my gift card. Also my wife ordered a banana split and they were out of split bowls, hot fudge and a lot of toppings.
My coffee was good but I waited over 15 minutes and drive through in order to get it there was no one in the lobby and four employees by the window conversation I come to this Dunkin? Donuts pretty often never experienced that
Amending this review: We were out in the drive through for over 30 mins and no one came to the box. Someone came outside we asked you are open right person went back in and asked and again another 15 min wait we left. This place use to be amazing service wise has declined dramatically. You can?t leave one person in charge at night you will loose business.
