Big improvement. Sam the Manager and Melissa the Bartender went out of there way to give me what I wanted. I loved the mussels with pasta appetizer so that I can afford the meal. I also added the brownie for $3.99.
DONT DO RESERVATION. Came for valentine day made a reservation just for them to tell me they are not doing them! Host says they cannot see reservations so whatever you do, don’t make a reservation thinking you're saving yourself a table!
My last visit at the Red lobster on Palm Beach lakes boulevard in West Palm Beach was very gratifying and left me with such a memorable great experience. One of the managers went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and pleased with everything that I ordered. I am so very glad that I gave Red lobster a second chance Honesty and Impeccable Customer Service speaks for itself. Everything that I ordered was excellent. A very bad experience was made into an awesome one.
