Denny's - Lake Wales

Quite disappointed by this place. they serve less than half the milkshake for the same price of $5.59 the “new” is now almost a child size. what they have served is not even close to what they have advertised in the menu. you have to compare with that in poinciana and shakes are $4.99 plus they serve the advertised portion. this specific of the same.

Place was practically empty, and we waited 10 minutes to be seated, but they were very busy with take out orders and curbside pickup and only had 1 waitress. Another staff person came in on shift and when we got our food it was excellent! Hot, perfectly cooked and served efficiently and very courteously. Everything was delicious. We thanked the cook and told them what a great job they did, while handling so many takeout orders.

This place is filthy ,front doors,windows ,tables,bathrooms and kitchen all discussing. We walked in it took 10 minutes standing there waiting to be seated and there were only 2 people dining at one table.The cook in the kitchen said be with you in a minute then said sorry all tables are dirty and there are no servers. Waiting for a bill to pay standing at the counter waited another 10 minutes and the cook had to come from the back to take the money. While I was waiting to pay my bill finally a server showed up to work and was (Alex) and was behind the counter coming his hair and stroking it back to put a pony tail and bandana on never washed his hands and then took the food to a table to serve. I do not recommend this place to any one. Steer clear of this Denny's . I see why from 6pm to 730pm there were only 7 people that dined there, needless to say we will not go there again.

Coffee was nasty. Couldn't eat the food. Left 95% on plate, eggs burnt. Turkey bacon tasted like fried hotdogs. Crepes had to much cream, Crepes was slimy looking. Bathroom smells like gas station Bathroom. We still had to pay. We just left walking out writing review. We will never come here AGAIN.
