Terrible employees that do not care about their guests. I came in tonight and before I came I called 4 times and waited with no answer. I thought it was weird because it was close to 8 and they shouldn’t be that busy. I went in any way to order there because I couldn’t get through to them. when I arrived there was one customer in the shop with 4 employees one who was sweeping the other just standing there and the other standing at the cash register. I was a bit confused so I decided to call them again while I was there to see if their phone was broken they all heard it and laughed and none of them answered the phone. On my way out I asked do you not answer your phones, they replied “it’s been a day.” At that point I was the only one in the store. Very disappointed and want to make sure management knows how their store is being handled.

This location went downhill and FAST! They always make mistakes with every order. The bread is stale. The staff are beyond rude! No one greets you. A hello would be nice! Listen to the negative reviews because they are 100% accurate! To the T! Very disappointed!

Food is decent but the staff here NEVER says thank you for a tip, whether it be cash or card.

The gluten free bread was stale and it’s very dry you have to ask for extra oil , vinegar and Mayo . Besides that I am happy that they even offer gluten free as an option . Last night 12/14/22 I stopped by for a hero as I have done in the past. However last night was the best experience I ever had. All staff members were amazing friendly and upbeat. The sandwich they made was the best I ever had there by far. So please continue hiring in their image. Especially this young African American girl!! Amazing. By the way they all deserve a raise for showing your business in such an awesome light. Thank you again
