The Cottage At Mirror Lake Inn

Amazing views! Cannot be beat sitting out on the deck having a drink. Plenty of people watching on the lake. Food is just ok, service was a bit slow as they were slammed. But everyone was very nice and the bartender made a mean Bloody Mary. Would def goback for the drinks on that killer deck overlooking mirror lake.

This is a great spot in Lake Placid! They have no fryer but what they can do with the menu is fantastic. I had an open faced Reuben that was delicious and we had their nachos as an app. The view is fantastic and prices are good by post-COVID standards.The staff is pleasant and helpful and the meal was timed well. After dinner, you can always take a quick stroll along thestreet.

We choose this restaurant because it is dog friendly. The outside section is closed but we can even sit inside with our dog. Food is surprisingly good and the view is great!

The view is beautiful. The service is very good. The servers and host are very friendly and accommodating. The food is average at best; and that?s not taking into account the price (you?re paying for the beautiful view). We got Mac n cheese for my son andit was kraft Mac n cheese out of a box. It?s worth the trip for the experience though!

My cosmetology class and I visited this place for pedicures and manicures, and it felt like a dream for all of us! Thank you for having us—I'm excited about the possibility of working with you in the future!
