Jimbo's Fish Camp Resort

This is a beautiful, old-fashioned buffet restaurant on the banks of the Panasoffkee with traditional American/south specialties. The food is fresh and the servers are very nice. We have a table at the back windows facing the lake and the beautifully landscaped backyard, great for beautiful pictures. The place was quiet and we had a great time there.

Good buffet but not so good for a diabetic as sugar added to many items. Still, enjoyable atmosphere, friendly people and good service. Sweet sauerkraut is an oxymoron.

My family always meet up there. Food is delicious on their buffet. Homemade food. They have a waiter that is terrific. No Complaints.

This restaurant is off the beaten track gem. It is a small, family owner and running place that lies above Lake Panasoffkee from a nature reserve. Dinner is a cheap buffet with good family dinner. My family and I have been there for years and will continue to do so. We really feel like we were in a friend for dinner.
