The food was good but the service was lousy as I think they were understaffed for this kind of an event. On a normal weekend it would have been fine.

It was New Years so there is an expectation of mediocre service already. Had a reservation and was seated on time. Took 45 minutes to get a drink. Salad came out at an hour. Had to go to the bar for my Second drink while my wife ordered another from the waitress. Finished my second drink and had 2 refills of water before getting the drink from the waitress. Also, the waitress didn 't bring our potatoes that came with the meal and said they ran out . Asked the manager who then immediately said they weren 't out of potatoes and brought them out 2 minutes later. Asked for a box for our dessert. Heard we don 't have boxes . Asked a bus person who immediately brought out a box. Also took 30 minutes just to get the check. Food incredibly good. Service overwhelmed that for the negative.

The worst dining experience in my life , the worst ever on New Year’s Eve , restaurant completely melted down like Southwest Airlines but still took our money and 20percent surety

We’ve been to Encore several times this year. The food was not good this last time. The steak was flavorless and potato’s cold tasted old. The BBQ shrimp we Luke warm. It was extremely busy seemed to be plenty of servers but all going a mile a minute. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear the performers. We will stay and go for drinks but going to stick with artichoke dip and burgers.

Party of 4. All had great food but me. Salmon and 2 shrimp. Potatoes were cold. Salmon was dry. Have dined here numerous times. Doubt I’ll come back.
