Excellent gym! Top Notch equipment! Extremely clean and well maintained. Been to several gyms in the Portland area, but nothing comes close! Kalani is an excellent coach, highly professional and very friendly! Best gym I've ever been!

The best, AF I've ever visited! Clean AF, has everything you need to work with. Great music on the speaker. I also dig the washcloths instead of the paper towels!

I have been to countless gyms throughout my life and my experience here has been top notch. Kalani and Heidi are exceptional business owners that truly care about their gym and it shows. It's always clean and well maintained. It could be considered small but it has all the equipments needed for me to have a great work out. And Ive been working out for 20 plus years and worked as a trainer before. And I really love the beautiful Hawaiian decorations and Hawaiian reggae music, as well. This place has very good vibe for sure. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Super clean and friendly staff. My home gym is anytime fitness in Tigard, and we’re still not able to open for a bit after this location could. I was happy to be able to drive a few extra minutes and still get a work out in! My only complaint is i wish i lived a little closer so you guys could be my home gym! 5 stars

Loves this gym! The owners, Kalani and Heidi really know their members and invest their time and energy in a safe and positive environment; they are so encouraging and were my biggest cheerleaders on my journey towards health and wellness! I couldn't get that far without her support and training!
