Ruth's Chris Steak House Lake Mary

Although we were not asked, we were seated in a room generally used for private dining. This was a birthday dinner and the room’s ambience was perhaps the worst possible set up. The guest of honor had the pleasure of sitting in the corner underneath a flatscreen TV and we felt like we were being segregated from the main dining room. I understand the restaurant is attempting to navigate social distancing restrictions, but we should’ve been asked whether the alternative table was acceptable. I’ve dined at this particular restaurant a number of times and I’ve never sat at a table other than in the main dining room. So I would not have even expected to be seated anywhere else. The bar drinks were off, and the second try wasn’t much better than the first. The food was good and the server did what he could to try to make up for the very poor atmosphere but I think we would’ve had a better experience if we had just taken our food to go and dined at home. Definitely would reconsider going to this location ever again

Bucks for dinner for that was mediocre at beat. So many other options available. They don’t try to be good, just rely on their name

The service and the server provided outstanding service. I would highly recommened Ruth's Chris to anyone looking for a quality meal and an upscale service

The ounce tommy Hawk steak was just a little tuff for bucks. I love your place and was somewhat disappointed on the steak Everything else was outstanding

I made this reservation for my parent’s who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. They cannot stop talking about their wonderful experience. They loved everything from the atmosphere to the food. They said their server treated them as if they were the only table she was serving. Thank you for giving my parents the ultimate experience in fine dining
