Panera Bread - Lake Mary

My daughter and grandchildren found all the food for everyone. Some are picky eaters, but with the selection all found something exactly right to fill their stomach..

$15 for it! Used delivery directions thru Panera and this sent only part of the order. What we got was not worth sooo. Call the manager for help when ordering and was asked to call back after lunch. Okay, but... we didn't eat anything! Service is always rude and the food is not where near the price. There are so many better options available. Choose somewhere that is valued customers.

The first time through panera’s drive thru. after a little waiting I gave my order, bagel with cream cheese. a car in front of me and I never saw how they got her to eat. I just saw they go away. I'm on it now. the time is over and no one recognizes me. I can see many workers inside and I win my hand, but still nothing. After a few minutes, I'm hoping the horn and nothing. they could have said that we were with them, we are short busy and acknowledged that I am there. Finally I put on the horn and continued. absolutely ridiculous!

I was in Panera twice in three days. 1. Visit them, inc. A full salad with the 2 bread bowls I ordered. I had to go back to get salad. They gave me a cookie for the trouble. Two. I made the salad wrong and the soup was wrong. I try to stay patient as it is, but...Read the ticket. It doesn't just happen in Panera.

The food taste terrible and they don't deliver with a promise you through DoorDash Bend a mini Panera breads many are good this one is horrible uniquely bad would not recommend it. When I spoke to the manager about the food issue they hang up the phone.
