Hungry Howie's Pizza - Lake Magdalene

Sad to see this pizza place is changing the way they used to make awesome pizza just a few weeks ago... Now they have a saucing machine which spreads the sauce out automatically, shrinking the area of the pizza where the good ingredients are; pepperoni, cheese, etc., giving you less good stuff and more bread edge... about another inch of bread edge....Booooo

I ordered a large 2 topping and a medium specialty for pick-up today for the Bolts game. I walk in to pick up my order only to find a customer and an employee going at it. Customer was furious as the employee had been rude to him and a very bad exchange of profanity between the two. The customer had requested to speak to a manager and or a telephone number for a district manager but only to be told that they were franchise and that he was out of luck. Customer tried to get me involved in their conversation and I only wanted to pick up my food and leave. I checked both pizzas to find the large one was burnt and the medium seemed fine. I grabbed both boxes and escaped the madness as quick as I could. Instead of trying to deal with the burnt pizza I decided I would go ahead and take it up with corporate from my home. Luckily the medium pizza was very good and perfectly prepared. The large on the other hand was burnt and dry. I did order pizza a couple days from there and I did notice a very lazy attitude from the employees and annoyed when I asked about their specials but again I just wanted to get my dinner and go home. I do hope that corporate steps in and rectifies the attitudes of this store’s staff.

Called at 1130 and then back at 1145 and the lady told me she’s done taking orders 30 mintues befor they close and then hang up on me after I offered to pay a bit extra to throw in my pizza. Real classy service top notch

The pizza has hairs, and to top it off not one, several. First and last.

I was feeling tired and didn't want to cook, so I ordered pizza and breadsticks. They arrived nice and hot, and of course, they were delicious!
