During my last visit, I had an unpleasant experience with a server named Nick. He was neither friendly nor approachable, making the atmosphere quite awkward. He also messed up my order and served my ice cream in a clearly dirty glass. Fortunately, David, the server from my previous positive visit, kindly provided me with a clean glass, as Nick hardly checked on me at all; he never inquired about my meal or how I was doing. My first two visits were enjoyable, but after this last experience, I won’t be returning.
