Woods Creek Tavern - Lake in the Hills

So sad to see this place closing. Great food great service.

Awesome food. But their doors are closing o. 8/31/21.

The food was good. But the service at the bar which is where we ate, was not so good. A shame since they weren't very busy. I think the bartender is unable to smile let alone be attentive.

The have a good jambalaya. Salmon is good. Steak Taco's were chewy, and tough. Waiting for the check when we finished has happened twice; very annoying. We have complained about the menu; the font is too WAY too small. Bring your reading glasses. The menu should have been an easy fix. Weeks later, this problem persists. After 3 tries at this restaurant, I'll move on. I work too hard for my money to give it another chance.

Great food! Spotty service depending on when you go.
