Stella's Place - Lake in the Hills

Horrible experience. We walked in and the lady working was very rude. Four of us walked in to play. The lady working made us feel like we were getting in trouble from the moment we walked in. We all played and while playing under the covid guidelines I made a comment to my sister to not stand by me, and I got kicked out instantly. Two other people that were playing got up and walked out while sayinf “I guess we don’t even have our freedom of speech anymore” so the six of us walked out. Establishment was nice, machines weren’t even six feet apart. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR AND WASTE YOUR TIME. We took our money and are going to Dotty’s.

Not happy with the service ....when I been sitting there for awhile and not once asked if I would like something to drink or anything and I look over and the girl is chit chatting with someone and oblivious to customers that is not any level of customer service....very disappointing...and I will most likely not be going back....she pretty much ignored me...walked in thirsty and left the same way...this was not the first time....apparently you have to be friends with her to get a beverage .....I will take my business elsewhere

Management allows people to hold machines for a ridiculous amount of time. Recently we watched as they allowed a woman to walk in, reserve a machine and then leave to do errands and not come back for almost an hour. Another recent visit, we saw the employee reserve a popular machine for a friend/regular before they even arrived.
