Taco Bell - Lake Havasu City

The Mexican pizza I received was not hot. I had to request that it be heated, but the staff informed me they couldn't take it back and would only prepare a new one. Oddly enough, I was the only customer at the drive-thru and still had to wait about five minutes for my order. Additionally, all the beans were concentrated in the middle of the pizza (I ordered one without meat). They really need to improve their service.

Dine at your own risk. My order was incorrect, and if they forget something, good luck asking for it without receiving attitude. The staff member was making jokes instead of addressing my missing items, which was very frustrating. It’s disappointing to see a place like Taco Bell declining like so many others. I will never return.

I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru, and while there was a large order ahead of me, they could have asked them to pull to the front. To make matters worse, they forgot to include several items in our burritos. We specifically requested no nacho cheese on multiple items, but that wasn’t done either. However, once we saw what was floating in our drinks, we lost our appetites completely. Their quality has really declined over the past year.

Large spacious, clean restaurant. Beautiful décor with lots of windows. A variety of comfortable eating spots are spread throughout the dining area. Pleasant employees and quick service. My nachos bell grande was fresh and tasty. Sadly, the dollopscoop of toppings was tightly packed and too thick to spread and scoop. If the bean paste was smoother and creamy and a littlemore than two tiny pieces of veggies could have been added to my nachos it would have made my pleasant dine in experiencecompletely satisfying. I also ordered my second favorite item behind the deeply missed MEXICAN PIZZA. The beefy burrito melt. Itwas properly prepared and delicious as always. My associate enjoyed her Dorito taco and potato taco. We will happily returnduring our next visit to your beautiful Lake Havasu.
