Pizza Hut - Lake Havasu City

We ordered for delivery. My husband got a medium meat lovers on thin crispy, I got a small veggie on GF crust. Glad I could get GF, as the competition stopped carrying it. This was a very fast turn around, 20 minutes they were on their way. Order arrived quickly, correct, and nice hot. Great job, Pizza Hut in Lake Havasu City!

Had a wonderful lunch at Pizza Hut buffet. Great selection for the salad bar, lots of pizza and dessert. We left way to full. Because it was buffet, we didn't require much in the way of service, but the server brought our drinks and cover. She was quick about removing soiled plates from our table. It was very nice having them gone when we returned with fresh food.

The pizza we get from this location is always made perfectly and always on time when we go to pick it up. And the manager is always so pleasant even when they are busy as heck. One of the best locations you have. They helped us make it through this pandemic safely by delivering a quality product and giving us something to look forward to and enjoy. Thank you, Al and Kathy

Great service. Quick pick up available at drive thru window. Very good pizza. Adam, the manager, is doing a great job with his crew and the restaurant.

Ok, so we 've ordered here a few times.. but tonight was pretty obsurd. (See image) Ordered a pizza and wings at 9:32pm (the pizza tracker is in EDT). Pizza tracker says 21-31 minutes, ok not bad at all. About 40 minutes later, pizza tracker says on it 's way. 20 minutes later it is now 10:32pm. Now I 'm like what 's up. I begin calling the location at 10:35 to get some sort of update. Goes to the automated machine, please hold.. everyone is busy helping other customers. The place closes at 11pm, so I don 't really picture a huge line of customers there. On hold for 10 minutes and then the line hangs up on me. My wife, who is now not very happy at all, calls a few times from her phone... No answer any of the times. Pizza was never delivered!! It was an online order, so I prepaid. Very disappointed by this. Edit: order arrived at 11:30pm. Wow
