I've been here for five weeks helping my mother move, and during this time, I encountered a troubling situation at the restaurant. The manager, Bryce, made one of his employees cry. This was the third time I've visited in five weeks, and unfortunately, it was also the third time I witnessed Bryce belittling and degrading his staff. This behavior is completely unacceptable! I urge you to take action. I typically don’t leave reviews, whether positive or negative, but after witnessing this for the third time, I felt compelled to share my experience.
After not eating here for almost a year because our orders were messed up time after time, we decided to give them another chance with the hope that improvements had been made and that employees who could read, write understand basic English hadbeen hired. Unfortunately, NOTHING has changed or improved and the employees remain as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave theorder taker my order three times and explicitly stated that one of the burgers absolutely had to be plain meaning NO lettuce,pickles, tomatoes, onions or sauces and why (it was for a picky eater on the spectrum who has nasty fits/tantrums if thingsaren 't just right . When the order was handed to me, I asked if the one burger was just meat, cheese the bun and I wasassured that there was indeed one plain burger in the bag. Except there wasn 't. All 3 burgers had lettuce, pickles, tomatoes,onions sauces on them and one burger even had a bottom bun that was so stale it was damn near rock hard. Our autisticindividual was so upset that they had a rager of a fit, threw food everywhere and eventually broke down cryinghysterically. Please, for the love of God, hire employees who can comprehend that plain means plain!!! I 'm tired of wasting myhard earned money on food that gets thrown out. I 'm also tired of dealing with these f 'ing outbursts that could easily beavoided if the employees were able to follow incredibly simple instructions.
The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced! I had to repeat my order seven times, and during that time, I saw the manager and an employee arguing with each other. I also witnessed two customers who eventually gave up and left after waiting for someone to even acknowledge them.
In all the years I've visited Carl's Jr., I've never experienced such exceptional and genuine service as I did tonight with Bryce. This review is specifically to highlight Bryce and his outstanding customer service! He truly deserves a raise! We were served on June 6, 2022, at almost 10 PM.
