Shake Shack Lake Grove

I always order a hamburger here because they taste even better than other real meat burgers! The Shake-Hack Burger is slightly pricier than those from other brands. The individually grilled burgers are also great, but their portion sizes are quite small for the price. The design and interior of the restaurant are beautiful and clean, making it a pleasant place to dine in! And definitely try the vanilla shake with the fries!

We ordered through the app and experienced no delays, unlike at Shake Shack in Nassau. Our order was ready in the pickup area within 20 minutes. The burger was excellent and surprisingly generous, and the shake was really enjoyable as well. I hope this level of consistency continues, as it's not typically what I've experienced at other Shake Shacks.

My fiancé asked about paprika on the side, but the burger still came the normal way. To apologise, they fell a completely new (right) burger. Good customer service! And delicious.

Everything was delicious, even though I asked for shack sauce on the side they still put it on my burger. Other than that it was a homerun. Great service too, really nice staff.
