Starbucks - LAKE GENEVA

This Starbucks definitely needs more staff. During Oktoberfest, they had only one barista and one cashier working, which resulted in a nearly 40-minute wait for coffee. Despite the wait, the coffee was good. Everyone seemed to be understanding about the staffing issue that day, but still, it was quite frustrating. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Other

The restaurant has a spacious interior and a comfortably cool atmosphere, with a lovely lawn shaded by tall trees outside. It is conveniently located just a block away from the busiest area of Lake Geneva, WI. The baristas are friendly and provide prompt service.

I was at the lake Geneva main st Starbucks Saturday. I waited for my mobile order for 35 min! This is not ok. The manager, who I think is new was extremely rude . When I asked about m y order, which was just an Americano( he said: we are busy)! I have not had any issues with this Starbucks until this manager, and I’m not sure if he is a district manager or just a manager, but he needs to get his act together. !
