The Pub - Lake Forest

Today there for her Monday special, a large plate of spaghetti and two meatballs with garlic bread for $5. The spaghetti was excellent and cooked as I like it - in the sauce, so the spaghetti suck all taste. There was a lot of meat sauce for that. The meatballs were big and delicious. I really had to force myself to complete the record. My dining room partner bagged a whole half of her plate. I was a few minutes after 2 on a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't crowded at all. It is 80 degrees, but a very cool and comfortable interior. It was calm enough to have a conversation in a normal voice. The bartender/ waitress was extremely attentive, cheerful and informative. I will be back to try out their eindollar tacos on Tuesday, and their happy hour between 4 and 7 weekdays, if good drinks are $3. This is the old restaurant location Scarantino, but the cabins in the restaurant below were replaced by another bar. Very promising!

The pub pizza was crazy big and fresh! Sam the bartender was very nice helped as through the drinks and food while we watched the Sunday NASCAR

On Taco Tuesdays, this pub is a standout! They only serve Mexican beers and margaritas for $3, along with delicious and crispy tacos for just $1. I highly recommend trying them out. The service is also excellent.

The restaurant only has 3 billiard tables, but the kitchen closes early. However, our server was willing to fry some chicken and fries for us after hours, which was fantastic. This was my first time here, but I will definitely be coming back!
