Great family owned and run place with awesome Mex! Try it and see if you see what I see! Love the salsas bar and the meaty tacos.

Amazing!!! Always great food and the employees are absolutely the best. Always friendly etc. I go there every time I am in the area. Restaurant is always clean and the salsa bar is to die for.

My wife and I just went there for 2 carne asada burritos and ended up spending $40 for these crappy burritos. The meat was for sure some Old reheated meat they used. It was very hard and dry, bacon like, extremely well done. We told the cashier and she did nothing about it. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Over priced and the quality is garbage. Go to Ronaldo's down the street.

Classic authentic Mexican restaurant atmosphere. Salsa bar is absolutely delicious, try them all. Best chili Verde burrito in Orange county. Well portioned plates suite the prices. Friendly employees always smiling.

I was in Lake Forest this morning when I suddenly craved chilaquiles. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Tacos Ensenada! The chilaquiles plate was quite generous, served with eggs, beans, and either potatoes or rice, along with chips and salsa. The chilaquiles were delicious—while they didn't quite measure up to my mom's, they were definitely better than what I've had at many other restaurants. I will definitely be returning for breakfast, and I plan to drop by for lunch later this week.
