Sushi Wazen - Lake Forest

I didn't eat at sushi because it opened, but after they moved closer to the opposite, they have become our number 1 pick for local sushi. the quality of fish and the chef's skills were exceptional. the professionality and ease of the personal made us very comfortable and enjoyed every moment in the restaurant. my only negative criticism was that the waiting period was longer than we would have wished, but they explained to us that the chef did not feel good and went to the house. I can't wait to come back!

We drove to wazen sushi to see her menu, and we ate there lunchtime. a salmon-teriyaki was misplaced on our table. I tried it, and it was so delicious that I asked my wife to try it, but the very horny and harried looking waitress rushed it away before we could make a breath. our oldashi tofu was good, but there were no bonito flakes. the salate was very good, and the Japanese rice was whiter rice with mushroom stem in it. we also had a california roll. they had planted wine on the menu that we consider to be plus. it seems that wazen, like many restaurants today, have a lack of waiting staff.

I just found my favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in OC. Love love Love! Amazing ? ????

Small restaurant, but the sashimi are pretty good. Price average and there are many choices.

Had a very good experience in here with my kid. The food came fast and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are affordable.
