Is this Carmel under a new name? I visited this place after someone told me it was run by the same owners as the old Carmel’s on the street. A vegetarian friend rates this restaurant very highly based on her experience there on two separate occasions. During my second visit, I watched a World Cup game with a lively crowd. One of my friends has food allergies, and she had no issues dining here; she attributes that to their excellent food handling practices.

Today my mother and I came to this restaurant to eat Mexican food. Today was happy mother's day for Mexican mothers. So I brought my mother and we both agreed that the food and service was great. I eat a tortta (Mexican sandwich) and I very happy to say it was a real tortta. For the first time in 5 years I had a real Mexican torta that remembers for my beloved country Mexico. I really recommend this place to everyone.

This place is my favorite place. From all restaurants I know that I prefer it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant.
