Starbucks - Lake Elsinore

Young lady working at 330 today remade my drink without me asking . I came to pick up my drink late because I thought I ordered at another location. She offered right off the bat to remake it. Excellent service.

This is for the Starbucks on Riverside and Lakeshore in lake Elsinore. Just amazing, all running getting it done. I walked up to pick up an order, staff was friendly and working so HARD!!! GREAT JOB! the person who came to the window had an amazing attitude!!! ALL WERE SMILING if I could give another star I would.

I see that so many other people had the same experience as me. I arrive and the barista (Maria) tells me the expresso machine is broken. Ok cool. I’m not ordering coffee so that was ok. I tell her I want a refresher she appeared to be annoyed that she had to work and I didn’t just walk away. She had such an ugly attitude when she charged me the drink wasn’t even good. I ordered a pineapple passionfruit and I couldn’t taste the pineapple flavor. How do you mess that up? This Starbucks needs to do better! Hire people with good attitude.
