Sansui Sushi - Lake Elsinore

We were nearby and decided to give this restaurant a try, and we were not disappointed. Chef Sushi-Koch David was a delightful host—kind and attentive—and he prepared my long-time favorite, the Toro Boat, which was a wonderful treat. We also tried the Elan Wheels, Pink Lady, Sushi Burrito (highly recommended), veggie tempura, and a classic spicy tuna roll. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned, with presentation that met the standards of a large Japanese restaurant. We will definitely be returning!

So fresh and delicious! We ordered a snack, but it quickly became a full meal. There are so many rolls and other dishes to choose from. The sushi chef was very friendly and chatted with us for a while. The service was excellent, and the food was even better! We will definitely be back to try more dishes soon. I'm particularly excited to try the ramen; there are about four different types available. There are no other locations in the area, but based on the quality of the sushi, I'm sure it will be just as great!

The menu offered a nice variety of appetizers, noodles, duck dishes, and sushi. We appreciated that the sushi rolls were organized by price and included detailed descriptions of their ingredients. While I found the menu items to be a bit on the pricey side, the food arrived promptly and was delicious. Our waitress frequently checked on us and made sure our drinks were always full. I would highly recommend this cozy sushi spot to anyone in search of tasty sushi!

Such a cute little place!!! I wanted Sushi and this place opened in 10 minutes. The first time here. We were welcomed very nicely and sat in the sushi bar area. Pleasant atmosphere and good food!!!!

Arrived about 5 minutes after opening. They were a little behind getting all set up so we waited about 5 minutes before being asked about drinks. I got the Heart attack sushi roll. 4, big, deep friend rolls . Each wrapped in jalapeños. It was really good. Not a lot of flavor though. The cream cheese drowns out most flavor. The deep fried crunch was good! She got the Vegetable yakisoba noodles. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables delicious. It has curry in it which wasn’t listed and that was a disappointing flavor. Not a fan of Curry at all but others might be. If you like curry then you will love this dish. It wasn’t our favorite flavor profile .
