Pizza Hut Express - Lake Elsinore

I rarely order from this Pizza Hut because of this reason... again my order is not correct. I am missing 2 out of 5 toppings on my large pizza. Every single time I order from this Pizza Hut my pizza is not correct. Last time I called the store and the manager said he would credit my account. That never happened. I called the very next weekend and there was no note or credit on my account. This time I tried calling again to let them know my order was wrong and I was on hold for over 45 min. This is the worst Pizza Hut in all of the Pizza Hut franchises.

Place has gone down hill fast over past 2 months. 2 of last 3 orders canceled without any notice. Both of them were confirmed online. One was even an order placed 4 hours earlier than needed. Try to leave feedback or get an answer and they never answer the phone. Customer service? This is Customer No Service!

For how much pizza I ordered, they couldnt break a $100 bill. They forgot my wings till i walked back in and said i ordered wings. Pizza was cold. Domino's deserves business moreover these people.

I always have a good experience when picking up my carry out pizzas. They people are always super kind and thoughtful. My order is always ready on time and service is very quick.

Horrible customer service. Last night I ordered a pizza around 9pm at almost 11pm they still didn't deliver our pizza . I called no one answered so I decided to drive down there . So supposedly they tried to deliver our pizza and called us and because we didn't answer the phone they didn't deliver our pizza . I thought they are supposed to come to your door. Since when did calling become part of delivery. Our gate was open so there was no excuses . This is not the first time we have had problems with this pizza hut !!! Don't go to this pizza hut !!! Management sucks !!!!
