Front counter completely ignored. 5 cars through drive-thru (seen on camera) before even acknowledged, no greeting or “be with you shortly”, staff looked at me and just ignored me. I understand drive-thru needs to move quickly, however, counter should be just as important. (Lake Cowichan location) Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast

Worst Tim Hortons the women started repeating my order back to me before I was even done speaking even after I asked for them to stir my coffee she just works the cup around in her hand before she gives it to me what a joke all the syrup was still sitting at the bottom do yourself a favour make ur own coffee at home

No blame to the workers but this is a very poorly managed Tim Hortons. The drive thru was busy so I went inside. Waited over 10 minutes for any of the 8 workers to come to the window. My coffee was also so burnt that I just dumped it out and went somewhere else. They consistently make mistakes on my orders every time I have gone there. I really just want my usual expected experience that I would get at any other Tim Hortons. Food: 4
