I ordered a coffee with pumkin and they didn't serve it like that

Ok. Write. Just WOW! You can check my other reviews I never leave 1- without some serious issues. First of all, my wife is the one that did all of the ordering. However I was sitting in the car right next to her And this is what we heard. Can you repeat your order please x5! No exaggerations here. Literally 5 times. Then!; As we got to the window to make payment she stated that she needed our PIN number!?? I told her absolutely out of the question! And she 's holding our card inside of the building we have no idea if somebody 's 'taking a photo ' or what but then it 's followed up by I need your PIN number. I don 't know if this is how Dunkin employees are trained But I cannot imagine that. My wife goes to Dunkin twice a day everyday 7 days a week. Never once happened before. Dunkin Management: FIX THIS ASAP! #Shady
