Wendy's - Lake City

Stood at the register within this wendy’s for over 20mins, while the employees laughed and joked with each other a hired actually came on the counter and clocked with me standing there. the others worked on papers or talked to each other, then a worker went up with five bags and gave them to the customer before us and we were not addressed or recognized yet. on the way out another woman went in and was immediately recognized by the workers and I sat in my car and watched them immediately take that or. So I went to the taco bell next door and was greeted with a smile and a hallo, then to her own selve kiosk, which was great. choose taco bell!

I have the wrong eating and the girl in the register was hard to understand. when she handed my cup, she had her finger on it. she didn't look happy when I asked for another one and told her why. although we had the wrong one, we ate it. it was nasty.

I was very disappointed because, once again, I couldn't place an order through the app for pickup. When I asked for help, the staff member I spoke to seemed uninformed and annoyed by my question. Additionally, I learned that she had never tried the new limited-time Earthy Frosty, which had been the highlight of the summer. Despite the service leaving much to be desired, the food itself was fast and fresh, just as I had expected!

Yesterday at noon, I visited the Wendy's in Lake City, but unfortunately, no one acknowledged my presence. The manager and staff continued taking orders without noticing me. I waited politely for about a minute before deciding to leave. This kind of experience would never happen at Chick-fil-A, which is known for its exceptional customer service. It's clear that this Wendy's could benefit from new management.

A friend with there with his autistic son and the manager and employees made fun of this child--how dare them do this. How unprofessional--believe me when I'm done no one will ever come to this location ever--close your doors until you can get some decent employees. you don't even deserve 1 star but it wouldn't let me post until I did
