Taco Bell - Lake Charles

I only ordered a few items that night at the restaurant, but the service was lacking and the staff didn't seem to understand our order. This was the worst experience I've had at Taco Bell, despite being a regular customer.

I ordered a cheese, beans, and rice burrito and a cheese quesadilla through the drive-thru. The burrito had a hole in the side and tasted watery. There seemed to be more than one type of cheese in the burrito. The cheese quesadilla had swirls of grill sauce, small bits of cheese, and an odd sauce that didn't belong. Overall, the food was disappointing and didn't taste good at all. It resembled more of a soggy steamer with an overpowering grill sauce rather than a traditional quesadilla. Additionally, there was not much of the quesadilla sauce, as a large portion of the edges consisted of just a tortilla.

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars today. Unfortunately, the only downside is that the Mexican pizza was sold out, but I know it's not their fault. The crew working today, 6/2/22 at 5:30, was phenomenal! Everything, including the chips, tasted so fresh. My taco looked like something out of a commercial. I was hesitant to try the outside gordita, but it turned out to be perfect! The workers deserve all the credit for their great work at E. Prien Lake Rd in Lake Charles, LA.

Ordered a quesarito and was said it was only available when I ordered it online. that is unacceptable. have they also hired Nacho-Fritten? they get something really good and will it go?

Only one star because the drive thru lady was nice. Asked for no lettuce on 4 supreme soft tacos and it was there anyway,no recite and I: eat sauces from for 6 tacos
