Subway - Lake Charles

The restaurant is clean and easy to order from online—definitely check out the promotions! We enjoyed two delicious Italian subs that were generously loaded and toasted. They were very good. My sweet salad was fresh and only cost $5.99, making this our favorite Subway location.

I ordered four sandwiches for pickup through Waiter, adding meat and cheese to each, along with several extras for flavor. However, when we got home to eat, the amount of meat on each sandwich was less than expected. The bread was also stale. I called to report the issue to a manager, but there wasn't one available. A young girl said she would inform the manager, then abruptly hung up on me. I was very disappointed to spend $40 on such poor food and not receive proper customer service.

I used to really enjoy meatball subs from this place. I visited recently, and I found out they've stopped using oregano. Why would they do that? They've also removed brown mustard. On top of that, the meatballs seemed to be half the size they used to be, and I had to dig around in the sandwich just to find them. I can't believe Subway is in such financial trouble that they would compromise on the quality of their food. It's really disappointing.

Got a wrap was solid af. Sandwich artist squeezed my guacamole out my wrap tho no biggie but I suppose that might tick a Karen off.
