Starbucks - Lake Charles

I apologize if I got it wrong when I said "big" instead of "venti." I've visited this place around 15-20 times, and they've only gotten my order right about three times. It shouldn’t be that difficult—it's just a drink! To the few staff members who have managed to get my order correct, thank you; your efforts are truly appreciated!

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I've noticed that they always remove the syrup that gives the drink its color. I don’t like this, so I informed the staff member. I asked her why she didn’t let me know that I was being charged for something I didn’t want.

I made it a point to visit Dieucks during my special trip, which involved traveling 1,800 miles. On my journey from Little Rock to South Louisiana, I realized there aren't many Dieucks along the way until you hit Interstate 30, then Interstate 20, and finally Interstate 10. Once you get on those routes, you'll find a Dieucks nearby, and it feels like a stroke of luck!

My coffee was best warm when she gave it to me. lesbians to go to a coffee shop and get hardly warm coffee. I had to heat it up in the microwave in my hotel.

I come here so often, have probably spent thousands here! Every day I ask for “Extra” light ice, and this is what I get 9 times out of 10. The drinks are great! BUT to whoever makes the drink, would you want to spend $7 on a big cup of ice w/ a little drink? No! for some reason Starbucks always has trouble with “light ice” or in my case “extra light ice”?
