Sonic Drive-in - Lake Charles

Hours don't seem to fit the listed ones. on Sundays they do not open until 12p. and at night it is an ass when they take their order after 9 o'clock. when they are open, eating is great and always fresh.

Not real great experience. Waited 30 mins for my food and then didn't have a fork! Had to wait on that. And I asked for easy ice in my drink. Didn't get that either?

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service here, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger that only had 1 patty that was cold, old like had been sitting in holding for hours, same with the bacon overcooked and held for far too long, the chilli dog was disgusting, I won’t be coming back here

I ordered a footlong coney and the weiner looked like it had been sitting there all day.. It was horrible.. I asked for extra mustard and none was put on it... Usually this Sonic was good, but lately they been not getting the orders right. And just all around not good service.. Sorry, but either they need to hire more people or they retrain them..

Waited at a stall for 20 minutes after pushing the button with no answer. Went to another stall closer to the window pushed the button and waited another 20 minutes with no answer. Will never use this sonic again.
