Great little restaurant on common street with a grocery store next door that sells lots of Indian and middle eastern food, spices, ghee etc. The only place in lake Charles you can find this stuff

My first time eating here, I ate the buffet-style lunch and if I'm honest I am not normally a fan of doing buffet food as I feel it's a little icky with everyone touching and breathing so close to the food that is sitting out waiting for me to come and then make it MY food…mmm yum!
