Olive Garden Italian - Lake Charles

I must say, I love Olive Garden. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It's a great place to stop for a tasty meal.

We arrived at the restaurant just 30 minutes before closing time, and the staff was extremely accommodating. We wanted a quick bite at the bar before heading back to the hotel, and the bartender was very helpful.

The food at this restaurant was incredible, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our waiter continuously forgot about our table and she should be let go. It must have been her first day on the job.

I went to Olive Garden hoping for a pleasant meal, but instead had a disagreement at the table while we were eating. My colleagues and I politely brought it to the staff's attention, and they offered to move us to another table. However, we found their customer service lacking and the overall experience was disappointing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Recently came and it was not a good experience. we sat and no waitress came to take our drink order. we finally took our order and eating was not the best. the suppe was watery and the huh had a strange rubber texture. I love olive garden but after this experience have changed my thoughts. ?
