Captain's Table - Lake Charles

Had reservations for Birthday party at 5:00 Saturday July 16th. Arrived there building was locked. The bartender and servicer were also waiting in parking lot for work no one showed up.

Yuk I went here last night and it was just horrible. The bar was so sticky I moved to a booth the shrimp I got was awful. And this morning I have food poisoning.

If I could give this place no stars I would DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS NOT A REGULAR RESTAURANT.!! This place is not only dirty it smells bad the chairs are dirty the ceiling has all kinds of mold. My crab cakes tasted like nasty butter and had three hairs mixed in. I saw someone drop shrimp and pick it back up putting it back onto a plate and serving it.. the worst part there's a upstairs area I wanted to see how it was since downstars was so bad as I went up it was dark and gloomy with the owner t … – show

We walked in and we were acknowledged, greeted seated quickly. The Crab Cakes are awesome, the Charbroiled Oysters are fantastic. The Service was excellent! We Will Be Back

We have given this restaurant so many tries!!! Love the oyster choices but more times they were off than good! Service sucks 90% of the time and they aren't crowded when this happens. The prices are higher than alot of others! Shame they can't get their stuff together!
