Burger King - Lake Charles

Fries and burger were very obviously reheated. The fries were soggy and stale. The bottom bun and patty were soggy and the bread seemed to have been microwaved. Flies were everywhere along the window sill both dead and alive. The floor was not clean and almost seemed to have grease on it, I slipped a couple of times. The area where the food was being made was visibly dirty. A worker was arguing with someone on the phone and there was someone who may have been homeless with all of her belongings near the side door inside.

I stop here sometimes for breakfast and the service is always great. One day they were out of ketchup but hey that’s ok! Things happen! The people are always nice and my food is always hot and fresh!

The workers didn’t attend me and instead went outside to smoke, ignored me completely.

Food was fresh and Team member Lady was very polite

Ain't no way......4-5 in building, 48 min for 2 OCS 2 Sm Fries .....NO EXAGGERATION
