After visiting Canada the year before for my birthday, we were very excited to get Poutine for my partner's birthday whilst we were is Disney. Needless to say, we were disappointed. The poutine was simply cheesy (cheddar) chips with some incredibly rich and salty gravy. Bearing in mind it was a speciality main, I counted 4 cheese curds in total for the entire dish....definitely a far cry from what we had in Canada. Honestly, the free bread with maple bitter we had for starters was better. Also, there was no acknowledgement or any freebies for the birthday girl. Our server was lovely and they had some nice Canadian beers hence the 3 stars. The rest of the menu was eye wateringly expensive.
Fiance and I ate there 10/25. Checked in on the app and was seated promptly. Christine our server was phenomenal. She answered every question we had and was very accommodating. We had the cheddar bacon soup and wedge salad for starters. They were very good. We both ordered the Ribeye. I was pleasantly surprised that it's a 16oz cut. They were cooked to perfection and were awesome. They brought us a complimentary chocolate mousse for dessert as it was out anniversary. It was delicious. By far one of the best dining experiences we've every had. Worth every penny.
We’ve been to Epcot over 100 times and we always overlook the Canada pavilion. After doing some research and looking at all the reviews, we decided to try this restaurant while celebrating my wife’s birthday. This is by far our new favorite restaurant in Epcot. All the meals we tried did not disappoint. My wife had the filet mignon and it was top notch. I had the bison and wow what a succulent meal. We tried the traditional poutine and let me tell you that it was so amazing. For dessert, we had the Mickey Mouse dark chocolate. Even the dessert was stellar. Prices are higher than normal but it was worth it as we felt we were eating at a Michelin Star restaurant. We will come back.
AMAZING steak but not much other things. Filet can be small
