So loud I could not hear the waiter or my supper companions. Food was good.

Went here for dinner on vacation, the chicken sandwich is good and so are the ribs, the ribs come on a little park bench which was cute. Food came out fast and so did the drinks, some of the drinks come in a souvenir light up glass that's won't break for travel. Thry cost around $18 and up.The restaurant ceiling is like a dome and sometimes the camera points at tables or they did sing alongs. Very busy place on the weekends, but the staff is very nice, 18% gratuity was already added to the bill, nice ambiance but can also get very noisy since it's in a tourist area in Disney Springs. #Disney #planethollywood #food #dinner #drinks #fun #disneysprings

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Disney Springs. It’s a great place to take your family. The food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. There’s lots of great options on the menu. Our server encouraged us to feel free to roam around and check out all of the displays around the restaurant. There’s a live DJ and video wall for entertainment as you dine. The entire restaurant sang along to “Let it Go” and “YMCA.” It’s a very family friendly atmosphere. There’s a gift shop. The entire place was very clean. We made a reservation on the app and didn’t have any issues. We were able to walk right up to the hostess and be seated immediately. The only thing I was disappointed with was being misled that a kids light up cup wasn’t an extra cost with a meal when in fact we were charged $10 a cup for a little plastic cup that’s nothing special at all. If offered by your server, I recommend just turning that down. Use that money towards something nicer at a gift shop or something.

Food is horrible. Taste like it was frozen. Nothing was fresh. Will never go back. Everything we ordered was horrible. $150.00 mistake
