Dunkin' - Lake Alfred

I really enjoyed the iced coffee. The service for takeout was a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also a 4 out of 5.

I stopped by this morning to grab a medium coffee and a croissant with egg and cheese. I had to wait for a bit in the drive-thru since it was busy, but I noticed that the inside of the restaurant was empty. After standing there for a while without being acknowledged by any staff, I finally had to inquire about my order. No one, not even the manager, asked if I needed help or took notice of me. Eventually, I had to ask someone for my order, and it came after a minute or so. Unfortunately, the sandwich had soggy cheese, which was disappointing since I used to enjoy the customer service at this location.

Horrible service for the 5th time I ask for door dash something always happens they do not have the things I ask for or they cancel unfortunately I do not recommend it one works not to waste money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
