All of us felt that our expectations were well exceeded. <br/ <br/ The food both flavour and presentation was exquisite. Each course served on creative platters or plates, were a work of art. Multiple flavours blended together to perfection. Would definitely be back. The service was impeccable, courses were served at the right juncture and the chef came to meet us as well. It wasn't just a dinner it was an experience. <br/ <br/ The ambiance is soothing and relaxing, flows well with the food.
In Q at Manor Hotel, NFC is one of the best fine dining places in South Delhi with its state of the art infrastructure, food and drinks. I recently visited the place for dinner with my husband to try their Signature Tasting Menu and was taken my surprise seeing the detailing which goes in every food item and the perfection of chef.<br/ <br/ We started with palate cleanser – Chocolate balls with spiced mint water. The palate cleanser was a little bomb of white chocolate with spiced mint water inside. The chocolate ball bursts into the mouth leaving behind refreshing mint water.<br/ <br/ After the cleanser, we were served a beautiful looking chaat with fruit salsa and yogurt on top of black pebbles giving a feel of Delhi smog.<br/ <br/ Next, we were served Kuttu which were buckwheat golgappas filled with tamarind, avocado and wasabi. The presentation of the dish was one of its kind.<br/ <br/ The next dish on the tasting menu was one of the best take on green salad – Frozen fermented vegetables cucumber, radish and red cabbage served in a tin can, submerged in ice with fermented carrot dressing.<br/ <br/ Starting with the main course, we were next served Gobhi – the gobhi served is beyond imagination or impossible to guess – the gobhi was served in a cube form with ginger coriander glaze and yoghurt dust.<br/ <br/ Next, we were served smallest looking nano idlis in a clear sambhar broth immersed from a French press. The whole dish is an Instagram delight and the sambhar broth was really soothing.<br/ <br/ Ending the main course, we were served tandoori paneer with apricot, mango and mint; along with crispy okra topped with lababdar curry. It was indeed a memorable ending to our main course.<br/ <br/ In the end, we tried three types of desserts – Coco curry, which was a coconut dessert served with curry leaves, apple and chili meringue along with air dried halwa which was a berry yoghurt kulfi served with strawberry.<br/ <br/ Saving the best for last, we had snow balled srikhand which is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED<br/ <br/ The best thing about In Q is its service – all the servers are well versed with the menu and also go the extra mile to make the whole experience worth remembering.<br/ <br/ Follow my food journey on Instagram teekhi_mircheee
Its about few days back, i was at IN-Q for dinner, i tried few latest food items. i started with Chocolate starters which had spiced mint water inside, it was totally different and unique in taste, than i tried sambhar with masla idli it was bit tangy in taste in main course i hd butter chicken which had tomato gravy and gravy was creamy and it was very tasty.i would love to recommend Chocolate which had mint water and butter chicken both were my top pick, so if anyone of you going there try these items too.this property was very beautiful and peaceful, staff was very humble and prompt in service.thanks IN-Q
I heard from a few foodie friends about the launch of In-Q and was immediately curious to visit this restaurant, located at The Manor Hotel, a boutique property that I had visited for Indian Accent many years ago. <br/ <br/ As we entered, I found In-Q to be a perfect quiet retreat away from the commotion of the malls and usual restaurant hang-outs. The place has aesthetically designed interiors and a warm intimate environment for small as well as big groups. <br/ <br/ We went in a group of 11 people around New Year's time and opted for the Chef’s Special Tasting Menu offering 14 courses but didn’t come out feeling overfed or stuffed at all! With each course came an absolute surprise on the table in terms of visual presentation and an unexpected blend of tastes and flavors. <br/ <br/ The unique ingredient combinations left us inquisitive to see what the next plate of food would look like. Our group absolutely loved the puchkas, watermelon consomme’, adraki gobhi, braised lamb, barramundi fish and pretty much everything that came on the table and the sequence in which it came. <br/ <br/ The food also led to interesting conversations around food culture and unique recipes as it left everyone amazed and thrilled about what they tasted. The desserts, especially the Kashmir themed Srikhand was nothing like we had ever seen or eaten before. The service and extremely polite staff made the evening even more comfortable for us. <br/ <br/ The food is every bit sophisticated, delicious and very well conceptualized by Chef Aditya Jha. He presents very effortlessly, a refreshing take on the good old Indian flavors, crafting them artistically into beautiful plates of food and leaving an unexpected burst of aromas and tastes with each dish. <br/ <br/ I would highly recommend the Chef’s Tasting Menu paired with wine for a special occasion or a celebration with a group!
Absolutely lovely food! They even gave a cake for my parents anniversary, must visit.
