Ravintola Roux - Lahti

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with delicious food in a lovely setting. The service is excellent and the interior design is elegant and timeless. They also have a good selection of wines.

We tried calling the restaurant four times with no answer. It was 8:00pm and they were supposed to be open until 11:00pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and the workers refused to let us in to eat because they were inside drinking.

During our visit to Lahti, we dined at Roux. Roux stands out as the top restaurant in Lahti and has maintained its high quality over the years. However, this year the food was exceptionally delicious. The asparagus was nothing extraordinary, but the broccoli sauce was absolutely heavenly. The pike perch with mushroom gravy was a standout dish, earning a perfect 6 out of 5 rating. While we have experienced some disappointments during previous visits, this year's meal was so outstanding that we couldn't help but rave about it. Thank you, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I had a lovely dining experience at this restaurant. The food was of excellent quality and the service was impeccable. The chanterelle soup was absolutely fantastic!

I have been to this restaurant for several years and I must say, it is one of the best I have ever been to. It is truly out of this world! If I find myself in Finland again, I will definitely make a reservation. The experience felt like something out of a cooking show and I absolutely loved the way they seamlessly incorporated rare, local, and seasonal ingredients. It was truly phenomenal.
