Jamba Juice - Laguna Niguel

I saw on the website that they open at 9, so I placed an order. However, I later received a cancellation because they don't actually open until 11.

It was my first visit to this location. Brenna didn't know the product she was selling, she did not make a good first impression to someone who has never had jamba juice.

Super epic place!!! Super yummy! Really overpriced but its worth every penny!! I have an addiction now!!! Hunter is my favorite one there, hes pretty chill.

The smoothies were delicious, but they were practically melted by the time we got them. We ordered through the app, but Hunter informed us that they weren't ready yet and that they prioritize in-person orders first, which is different from our usual Jamba location. After waiting for 25 minutes, we decided to ask about our order again. The woman had to scroll back through the orders and realized it had actually been ready for quite some time. If Hunter had taken a moment to check, we could have enjoyed our smoothies fresh and frozen instead of enduring the unnecessary wait.

I usually love Jamba, but during our visit at 2:30 PM, we waited half an hour for our orders. The place was extremely understaffed, which made the service frustratingly slow. There was only one staff member trying to manage the entire restaurant. I understand that afternoons can be slower than evenings, but it was disheartening to see the service times increase so drastically.
