Chipotle Mexican Grill - Laguna Niguel

I frequently order from Chipotle and have always been impressed with the quality of their ingredients and the generous portions for the price, all while maintaining a quick service. I would suggest that Chipotle and DoorDash consider adding options for "Normal/Side/Extra/Light" for each ingredient choice, similar to what is available on their own ordering app.

Chips were so stale they couldnt be eaten : . Ill forgive this since its a one time occurrence. Everything else including their amazing guac was delicious.

This Chipotle location is by far the worst I've ever been to. The quesadilla hardly has any cheese—it's almost invisible when you open the tortilla. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. The rice is undercooked, and the toppings like cheese and sour cream are very sparse. Even the guacamole that we paid nearly $4 for is barely there. I'm starting to wonder if the staff here have any understanding of how things should be prepared or presented.

I was really impressed this time! The bowl was substantial and generously filled with all the ingredients. It was also incredibly delicious! Thank you!

Bowl ingredients way too "light". Can never count on how much food youre getting when ordering via delivery apps. Annoying that Chipotle hasnt figured out a weight system to satisfy customers.
